The BioMeter online tracker monitors the 103 most important campaign promises made by President Bio in the June 2023 election. President Bio said his top priorities are to make Salone food secure, improve Human Capital, increase Youth Employment, promote Technology and Innovation, and Transform the Public Sector. IGR uses facts and evidence to assess whether each promise has been fulfilled or is making significant progress, little progress, or if the promise has been broken or abandoned. The platform gives Sierra Leoneans information on whether their elected officials are delivering on their mandate.
